New Non-Resident Mortgage Plan

Caixa Geral de Depositos launches "Live in Cape Verde" a non-resident mortgage program for those looking to buy property in the archipelago.

Paulo Sousa from Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD – Portuguese, state owned biggest bank) announced the launch of the new non-resident mortgage program "Live in Cape Verde" offered by both CGD banks in Cape Verde (BCA and Interatlântico) and is CGD's platform to finance properties in the archipelago. The product is aimed to strength CGD's market leadership in Cape Verde. Announced at the Lisbon Real Estate fair SIL by Paulo Lopes from BCA and António Semedo from Interatlântico who introduced the different components that will form the body of "Live in Cape Verde".
